Telstra Corporation Limited [Locked Bag 5744, Dickson, ACT 2602, AU], is the large Australian phone and internet service provider. They also call
themselves Big Pond Direct.
They have claimed in the past that Australian law prohibits them from disconnecting spammers, but if one complains enough, the spammer websites do seem to get nuked. They are also planning a big move into the American market. They will learn that the laws there make it very easy to clean off the scum that wash up on their shores.
