GBLX.NET seems to be what used to be Frontier Information Technologies Inc. [180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester N.Y, NY 14646 US]. This company was merged into Global Crossing in 1999. In the summer of 1999, Global Crossing announced it was merging with US West, Inc. but lost out in a battle with Qwest, Inc.
