NATSMA Non-discloser Statement And Agreement

In order to become a member of the National Spam Mail Abuse Association you must agree to the following Non-Discloser statement. The purposes of this statement is to insure that all Information is safe guarded and will not be disclosed to third party sources. The following must be agreed too!:
    Non-Discloser Statement
  1. You will safe guard all information that is disclosed with in the members section concerning current investigations.
  2. You will not use any of the information that was obtained through any of the investigations for personal gain.
  3. You will not disclose any of the information obtained through any of the investigations to News groups or open forums with out the permission from the governing body of NATSMA.
  4. You agree that all information concerning Membership rolls and Investigations are not to be disclosed to any third party this includes email address and personal information that may be obtained.

    NATSMA Agreement
  1. You Agree to work together for the common goal of lowering the amount of spam that is transmitted day to day.
  2. You Agree that you will not confront spammers directly unless it is in a forum or news group environment.
  3. you Agree that any contact with spammers concerning an investigation that is ongoing with NATSMA the information will be turned over to NATSMA to be included in the evidence file.
  4. You Agree that you have not been involved with or associated with any UCE or UBE operations in the last 3 years. And if you have been would be justified grounds for denial of membership.
  5. You agree to support the membership of NATSMA by refering members that have like interest. And would like to be involved in NATSMA and its Association.
  6. You Agree that if you do Take action on your own it will be with in the Frame Work of any Fed and state LAWS. You will not take a vigilantly stance and meet abuse with abuse.

The agreements above are specific to NATSMA Members only. Any breech of these agreements could result in Legal Action. To be determined by the Governing body of NATSMA and the amount of damage the leak caused on any of the investigations in progress. NATSMA is geared to any one that is interested in being involved in the fight against spam. NATSMA will only take action with in the frame work of the LAW.
